We believe that the best quality produce is grown locally and in Australia’s own backyard.

Truffle Trove is a family owned and run truffiere established in 2009 in the undulating hills of South Gippsland. In 2008 Raffaele, his wife Anna and family purchased the property with the first oak trees planted in 2009.

The property is home to 1500 trees which have been inoculated with the exclusive Italian White, Bianchetto (Borchii), French Black and Summer Truffles.

Over the next 14 years, Raffaele and Anna have nurtured the land which now harvests the seasonal truffles throughout the year.
